    Abstract: 本研究以台灣地區產物保險公司之員工為研究母群體,其研究目的在探究「工作投入」、「工作績效」及「數位學習滿意度」三者之間的關係,並以員工數位學習滿意度做為干擾變項,檢視員工數位學習滿意度是否對工作投入對工作績效間之關係具影響力。本研究以問卷調查方法進行資料收集,總計回收有效樣本475份,回收問卷利用統計軟體SPSS進行分析。主要研究結果如下:
    一、員工工作投入、工作績效與數位學習滿意度之現況良好,以「任務績效」向度得分最高。
    二、工作投入、工作績效、數位學習滿意度會因為性別、年齡、工作年資在而有所差異。
    三、工作投入、工作績效整體間呈正相關,其工作投入程度越高,工作績效越高。
    四、工作投入與工作績效之間確實會受到數位學習滿意度的影響‧
    The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationships among job involvement, job performance, and E-learning satisfaction. In addition, this study further examine whether e-learning satisfaction can be a moderating variable influencing the relationship between employees’ job involvement and job performance. This study is survey research and a questionnaire was used to collect data. The office staff personnel at domestic property insurance company headquarters were the target population and a total of 475 valid questionnaires were retrieved for SPSS analysis. The results are summarized as follows:
    1. The current status of the job involvement, job performance and e-learning satisfaction for the office staff personnel at property insurance were above average.Among factors within the above three dimensions, "Task Performance" of the job performance dimension has the highest mean.
    2. Gender, age and seniority have demonstrated significant effect on job involvement, job performance and E-learning satisfaction.
    3. Job involvement is a significant and positive predictor of the job performance.
    4. E-learning satisfaction has significantly affected the relationship between job involvement and job performance.
