根據上述研究結論,本研究針對教育行政機關、國民中學行政主管以及國民中學級導師提出建議,以供改進國民中學級導師相關制度之參考,也對後續研究者提供未來研究的建議。 The purposes of this study, in regard to Grade Leader Teachers’ participation in school administrative decision-making of junior high schools in Taipei City ,New Taipei City and Keelung City, were to understand their current status, to compare the differences based on background variables, and to analyze Grade Leader Teachers’ difficulties and demands. This study adopted a questionnaire survey as its method and a questionnaire entitled “Questionnaire on Grade Leader Teachers’ participation in school administrative decision-making of junior high schools” was administered to 339 Grade Leader Teachers of 113 public junior high schools in Taipei City,New Taipei City and Keelung City. The questionnaire data collected were analyzed by applying computer software SPSS version 19.0,and statistics such as mean, percentage, standard deviation, t test, one-way ANOVA were used. The major findings of this study were as follows: Ⅰ. Grade Leader Teachers are established in junior high schools of Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung City. Ⅱ. The basic data of the Grade Leader Teachers of Taipei City, New Taipei City and Keelung City have their specific characteristics. Ⅲ. The level of Grade Leader Teachers’ participation in school administrative decision-making is about medium level. Ⅳ. The main subject matter of Grade Leader Teachers’ participation in school administrative decision-making is student affairs. Ⅴ. There are no significant differences by the background variables of the contents and levels of Grade Leader Teachers’s participation in school administrative decision-making. Ⅵ. The type of Grade Leader Teachers’ participation in school administrative decision-making is team consultation. Ⅶ. There are some significant differences in the type of Grade Leader Teachers’ participation in school administrative decision-making by the background variables. Ⅷ. The main difficulty of Grade Leader Teachers’ participation in school administrative decision-making is short of time. Ⅸ. The main demand of Grade Leader Teachers’ participation in school administrative decision-making is to reduce their class hours.
Based on results of the study, some suggestions were proposed to schools and Grade Leader Teachers of junior high schools, as well as the future study.
