研究者依據上述結論,最後提出具體建議以提供教育行政機關、學校組織、國民小學專職行政人員及後續研究者之參考。 This study aims to explore the relationship among full-time administrators'' individual career planning and turnover intention in New Taipei City elementary schools and to assess if differences exist in full-time administrators''individual career planning and the level of their turnover intention based on selected characteristics. Questionnaires assessing school full-time administrators''individual career planning and turnover intention were completed by 210 elementary school full-time administrators. Results of the study indicated that full-time administrators''individual career planning was significantly related to turnover intention. Findings of the study include: 1. Full-time administrators''individual career planning reported a medium sense of turnover intention. 2. There were significant differences in full-time administrators''perceptions of individual career planning based on gender, age, education, years of service and school size. 3. There were significant differences in full-time administrators''perceptions of turnover intention based on school size. 4. Full-time administrators''individual career planning was significantly related to full-time administrators''turnover intention. 5. Full-time administrators''individual career planning was a strong predictor of full-time administrators''turnover intention.
Finally, suggestions based on the above research findings were presented for educational and school authorities, school full-time administrators and future researchers.
