主要研究目的分為下列幾項： 一、冷戰後俄羅斯對外政策的演變? 二、探討俄羅斯如何與中國大陸及東協國家和平相處。 In the Soviet era, Russia had a closed relationship with South China Sea countries. After the Cold War, Russia still has not been made clear statement on the South China Sea issue. In the Southeast Asian region, ASEAN committed to strengthen International dialogue on political and security issues with other countries and became one of economic in the world. Because of the China’s rise, cost more countries’ wants to cooperate with Asean. Although Russia with China build a strategic partnership, but Russia still maintains neutrality about the South China Sea issues. Russia also keeps selling weapons to Southeast Countries; make South China Sea issues more complicated.
Purposes of the analysis in this thesis are as below: 1. The Russian foreign policy evolution after post-Cold War? 2. How Russia get along with China and ASEAN countries peacefully?
