    摘要: 本論文主要研究的方向,是證明如果區域強權國家想要發展
    足以捍衛本國海權的遠洋海軍,那麼發展航母是必然的趨勢。在
    國際長期和平與高科技軍費高漲的雙重壓力下,輕型航母作為航
    母類型中噸位最小與價格最為低廉的艦種,將是未來各國發展航
    母的重要途徑。
    本論文將以日本與印度兩國海軍的發展為例,說明在何種海
    軍政策與預算規模下,才需要發展輕型航母。並以這兩國輕型航
    母的發展,來說明輕型航母的優勢以及限制。
    The purpose of this research is to validate if a regional power
    country have an agenda to en-power their blue water navy force, hence one
    of the most important criteria is to own a light aircraft carrier. Under
    situation of long peaceful era and current high cost of modern technology
    arsenal, light aircraft carrier as the lightest and cheapest aircraft type
    of the carrier would be the evitable assets for each growing countries.
    This research shall use the navy fleet of both Japan and India as
    the sample to discuss under which navy policy and financial circumstances
    that a country required to develop light aircraft carrier fleet. Hence,
    the development of light aircraft carrier of the two countries mentioned
    will be used to study and validate the capabilities and limitations
