Abstract:	成為一個以和平方式解決國際爭端的大國，向來為巴西國內菁英共同追求的目標。自1930年起巴西政府開始將「大國意識」與其經濟發展相互結合，60年代後，除了持續發展工業之外，經濟發展更成為巴西對外策略的首要考量。第一次國際間掀起對「巴西崛起」議題的討論，始於1968年至1973年的「巴西經濟奇蹟」。不過，由於石油危機及本身債務的影響，此次的經濟成長並未持續，因此「巴西崛起」議題亦隨之消失於國際舞台。根據國際政治經濟學理論所提及，經濟實力是國家綜合國力(或稱國家實力)最核心的內容，一個國家的綜合實力越強，則在國際政治格局的地位與影響力越大。二十一世紀初以來，國際原物料價格上漲為巴西的發展帶來契機。而國內經濟實力達到穩定持續的發展，除了穩固的金融體系因素外，中國內部市場需求與雙邊互利互惠的關係亦為其經濟實力上升的重要條件之一。本論文主要藉由2003年以來迄至2010年止巴西與中國的貿易關係，對二十一世紀初巴西崛起的中國因素進行研究、分析，並藉由國際政治經濟學理論來分析中國角色對於巴西宏觀經濟發展的影響。 Being a big power which is the settlement of international disputes in peaceful way is always the common goal for the Brazilian elite. From 1930s,the Brazilian government began to combine “Consciousness of Big Powers”to their economic development. After 60s, in addition to continue the development of industries, the economic development became a top priority of foreign policy. The first time “Brazil Rise”was discussed in the world from 1968 to 1973 , the period which was called “Brazilian Economic Miracle”.However, due to the oil crisis and the impact of its own debt problem, the economic growth was suspended. Meanwhile, the discussion of “Brazil Rise”disappeared. According to the theory of international political economy, the economic capability is the core of the comprehensive national power. If a country has more comprehensive power, it will have more influence on the international political situation. Since the early twenty-first century,the raw material prices have brought Brazil nice opportunity. In addition to a solid financial system, china’s demand and their mutually-benaficial trade relationship are also an important reason for the economic of Brazil The China Factors of Brazil Rise in the early twenty-first Century by using the trade relationship between Brazil and China from 2003 to 2010.Also, the impact of China to the brazil’s Macroeconomics by using the theory of international political economy were both analyzed in this study.
