    Abstract: This study intended to explore the relationships among psychological contract breach, organizational trust, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of the employees in hotel industry. Questionnaire survey was used and the findings are: Psychological contract breach has significant negative influence on organizational trust and OCB. Organizational trust has a significant positive effect on OCB, and organizational trust is a mediator.
