    Abstract: 本研究旨在了解保齡球產業在不景氣的環境下所面臨的困難與解決之道，研究以區域型的保齡球館為對象，以觀察、訪談及蒐集相關文件等方法蒐集資料，分別就組織結構、作業流程、財務規劃、策略分析、行銷策略、服務品質提升及承載量等幾個構面進行分析，本研究主結果如下：一、整體產業衰退歸因於總體經濟因素滑落、政府補助減少、產業結構缺乏規劃及傳播媒體等因素的影響。二、保齡球產業為能永續發展，在經營策略上需保持靈活彈性，積極開發學生客源，並以多角化的經營模式，度過不景氣的年代。三、產業需以管理的方法，在人力資源、策略運用及服務品質等方面努力，以提昇服務效率與品質。
