    Abstract: 本研究利用摩擦壓接方法,製得360 鋁合金及3 60AI/5 v fl'1o碳化矽複合材料、360A I/ I0vfl'1o碳化矽複合材料之複合鑄件。由實驗發現, 在摩擦壓接影響區域之樹枝狀晶打斷成細晶、碳化矽顆粒分佈較兩邊接合件均句且碳化矽顆粒尺寸變小。
    同質材料之摩擦壓接影響區域的寬度較其他異質材料小,接合以360AI/5vf%對10vf%強度最強。而10vf%對本身壓接鑄件為最差。對同一接合系統而言,增加摩擦時間及摩擦壓力可增加接合強度。在360鋁合金上塗佈一層1μm,4%及0.4%氧化鋁之顆粒濃度可較母材間降伏強度增加約35 . 8%、抗拉強度增加約36.1% 、破壞強度增加約30.2% 。
