    摘要: 本研究以拍翼式微飛行器之設計、製造、測試與遙控飛行之整合為研究目標。本團隊過去曾成功利用減重之鋁製連桿與馬達機座組裝拍翼式微飛行器,並使其飛行32 秒。而本研究也將利用過去所用之微飛行器製作技術'開發性能更佳的拍翼式微飛行器。在本研究中,本團隊設計了更過合長時間飛行的連桿及馬達基座,而同樣如過去以放電線切割技術製作鋁製傳動機構連桿組,進行拍翼式微飛行器之組裝,並完成飛行器之遙控飛行測試。此外,本研究設計了新型的機身及尾翼架構,利用此種機身及尾翼飛行架構組裝之拍翼式微飛行器,飛行距離已可達到公尺,飛行高度達10公尺,飛行時間已可超過2分鐘。最後,本研究也參考過去本團隊所製造之仿生式微閥門,設計並以微機電製程製造微型致動器,預計以此致動器達到尾翼穩定控制的目標。
    This research shows the design, fabrication, and test ofthe MAV (Micro Aerial Vehicle). Our group had ever used the EDWC (Electric Discharge Wire Cutting) technology to fabricate the light aluminum linkages and the motor base of the MAY. Then we assembled the MAV and flew it in the sky with 32 seconds. In this article, we also use the EDWC to fabricate the component of the MAY. We design the new linkages and the motor base which are suitable for the MAV to fly with a long time. Besides, we design the new fuselage and tail ofthe MAV to make sure that the MAV can fly more stably. After assembling the MAV, we not only do the wind tunnel test, but also fly the MAV in the sky. The best endurance of this new kind of MAV is 122 seconds, the range of the MAV is 50 meters, and the height is 10 meters. Finally, we refer to a kind of biomimetic valve to design a novel micro actuator via MEMS process. We want to use this micro actuator to set up on the tail. We want to control the tail to achieve the goal of making a tum of the MAV as will.
