    Abstract: 影響創業績效因素之研究近年來已成為學術理論及管理實務重視之議題，創業管理文獻經常探討有效整合對經營績效之重要性；然而卻很少文獻提出願景與創業經營績效的相關研究。本研究探討創業家願景及團隊成員願景與創業績效之相關性研究。研究有效樣本數為234份，問卷受測者為創業團隊或實際參加新創企業經營之主管。統計分析採用驗證性因素分析（CFA）和結構方程模式（SEM）。分析結果顯示，在創業的過程中創業家與創業團隊之間的願景具有正向之影響；雖然創業家願景對創業績效之正向影響並不顯著，但創業團隊願景對創業績效存在正向之影響。本研究以學術理論結合管理實務，提供創業管理與創業團隊重要之經營管理建議。
    Entrepreneurs must frequently make decisions in highly uncertain environments. However, relatively little direct evidence exists concerning the effects of entrepreneurial vision on entrepreneurial performance. Whether entrepreneurial vision affects entrepreneurial performance directly or through other variables is an interesting issue. This study explores how entrepreneurial vision and team vision affect entrepreneurial performance. Total sample size was 234 respondents. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) were applied for statistical analyses. Analytical results demonstrate that entrepreneurial vision correlates positively with team vision. However, entrepreneurial vision is not strongly correlated with entrepreneurial performance. Furthermore, team vision correlates positively with entrepreneurial performance. This study also provides an entrepreneurial management framework, and closes with a discussion of the theoretical and practical implications of research findings.
