    Title: 中國大陸與台灣中美洲友邦互動內涵之轉變

    Abstract: 台灣在拉美的十二個邦交國由於都屬非資源型經濟體，在2010年前中國大陸於該地區大力擴展能源及農礦原料版圖的階段，並未受到重視。不過，近期彼等－特別是中美洲國家－與大陸的互動已轉趨熱絡，特別是在投資、技術合作及貿易等領域。造成這種增溫現象的動力，來自於雙方在發展需求上出現了愈來愈強的互補性，經貿互賴正逐漸成型中。這種情勢將可能令我與邦交國的關係趨於空洞化。
