由於澳洲原住民的持續反抗、澳洲社會的深刻反省，澳洲原位民政策走向族群和解的立場，其原住民教育也反映此一政策走向。本文介紹澳洲社會待解決的八大族群關係議題，以及澳洲新南威爾斯的原住民教育政策，接著指出其對我國發展原住民族教育政策的啟示。另外，也參考其中若干理念與作法，對刻正在制定的「原住民族教育法」草案，提出評析。 Due to continuing resistance within aboriginal peoples and the deeper reflection in the wider Australia society, the Indigenous Policy approached the way for reconciliation in Australia. Under the movement, the Aboriginal Education Policy of New South Wales reflected the perspective of reconciliation.This paper introduces the eight key issues of reconciliation and the Aboriginal Education Policy in New South Wales, Australia. Following the introduction, the implication of Australia's experience for Taiwanese Indigenous Education Policy is proposed. Also a review on Taiwanese Indigenous Education Act (draft) is made.
