    Abstract: 全球化不是一種選擇,而是現實(reality)。如何透過教育活動指引學生積極探究全球化議題、參與全球性事務,並以「反全球化」的批判聲音為鑑鏡,因勢利導,亦將成為當前教育的新興課題。本文首先略述全球觀教育的重要性,並綜覽全球觀課程內涵;其次,探討臺灣的全球觀教育與課程研究現況,分析其瑕漏與不足部分,並做省思;復次,提出公民行動取向的課程發展與設計新模式,透過理性正義與感性關懷的雙軸進路,以「全球視野,在地行動」的內涵,培養學生積極能動的全球公民資質(active global citizenship),終而成為兼俱人道關懷與慎思的全球公民(global citizens with humanistic care and deliberation)。文末,則以未來展望與實施進程做總結。
    Globalization is not a choice, but a reality. How to cope with the mega trend of globalization, provide students appropriate opportunities to learn from, and deal with global issues are major educational agenda at this time. This paper depicted the curriculum framework of global education and reviewed related research in Taiwan. A new model, called “global perspective curriculum of civic action approach” was proposed. This new curriculum model, proceeding with dual core values of justice and caring, aims to enhance students’ active global citizenship.
