    摘要: This study develops a multiobjective programming model for airline flight frequency determination and adjustment responsive to European Union airline emission charges, to determine the operational strategies in airline flight frequencies, routing, aircraft emission reduction, and aircraft re-assignment. The multiobjective programming model systematically minimizing the total emission charges, the total airline operating costs, and the total passenger generalized costs was formulated. The demand-supply interaction for airline flight frequency determination resulted from the changes in passenger demand was formulated. This study proposes an algorithm to solve the airline flight frequency multiobjective programming problem with demand-supply interactions. An example with selected airline flight network was provided to illustrate the results of the proposed models. The numerical results explored the effect of airline emissions charges on airline flight frequencies and aircraft type assignment. The results also provide higher flexibility on decision-making for airline flight frequency determination in response to airline emission charges.
