Schools are non-benefit organizations, but the concept of business competition is required in operation and management. By realizing students' learning motives, the satisfaction of service quality in school education, and after learning behavior in the on-the job programs, this study aimed at setting recruiting strategies and improving service quality, so as to raise education standard, increase school competition ability, and decrease the management problems due to unsuccessful recruitment.
The results of the study were:
1. "Craving for knowledge" was the strongest motives for attending the on-the-job programs in Evening Division.
2. The strength of students' learning motives influenced the judgment of learning satisfaction.
3. The evaluation of students' learning satisfaction influenced the intention of after learning behavior.
4. There was significant correlation among individual characteristics with learning motives, learning satisfaction, and intention of after learning behavior for part of the students. 學校雖屬非學利事業,但在經營理念上應有企業競爭之意識,因此,如何從暸解在職人士參與在職進修教育的學習動機,對學校教育服務品質之滿意度及學習後行為中,來擬定招生策略,改善服務品質,以提高教育水準'提升學校競爭力,避免因招生不足而導致經營困難之窘境。
研究結果,得到以下四點結論:
一、學生參與在職進修教育的動機以「求知慾」最強。
二、學生之學習動機之強度會影響其對學習滿意度的判斷。
三、學生對學習滿意度的評價會影響其學習後行為意圈。
四、部分學生個人屬性對學習動機、學習滿意度的判斷與學習後行為意圍有顯著相關。
