Abstract:	本研究利用104 網路人力銀行之資訊人才徵才廣告進行資料蒐集與分析，試圖探討資訊人才職務與不同產業對於資訊人才之技能需求之現況，比較大專院校資訊管理系課程與企業界對於資訊人才之技能需求的重視程度。利用收集報紙資訊人才徵才廣告來探討網路人力銀行是否逐漸取代報紙徵才廣告。本研究共收集了2141 份徵才廣告，經分層抽樣後取得742份樣本進行分析，結果顯示目前企業界「軟體程式設計師」之需求最高，而不同工作職務別與產業別問對於資訊人員技能需求有差異，學校技能相關課程與徵才廣告之重視技能程度關連性低，而報紙之資訊人才徵才廣告的確正在逐漸式微中。
