Abstract: Six sigma management is an innovative approach of breakthrough quality management in order to reduce the variation. The process capability analysis is one of the methods to analyze the effect of variation on the process. The deviation of the mean from the target value and the variance for specific sigma level in six sigma management can be used to measure the process capability indices. In this paper, the level of six sigma management will be linked with the process capability indices when the target value is not on the center within the specification. The managers can measure managerial performance of six sigma management.
