Abstract:	在知識經濟的時代環境下，知識成為組織最重要的資產，國內中小企業隨著大陸近年來在生產的量與質方面快速提升，面臨轉型為知識型企業的關鍵期，導入知識管理更是組織刻不容緩的工作。然而，礙於知識管理之相關研究與實務多針對大型企業，以及資源相對短缺的現實，導致中小企業無能力也無意願導入知識管理。有鑒於此，本研究欲籍由知識管理主要議題與趨勢發展，及國內、外中小企業導入知識管理之應用，提出一個中小企業知識管理整合模型;以管理程序為發展的基喔，整合模型色括知識管理策略類型、知識管理推動要項與知識管理績致衡量三大元件。並透過國內9家中小企業進行個案研究，探討並修正模型的內容與應用性。希冀此知識管理整合模型能提供且幫助中小企業象統性的完整導入知識管理，以改善中小企業推動知識管理之意願與能力。
