    Abstract: 羽球是一項對抗激烈而反覆高強度的競賽,也是國際競賽最頻繁的運動項目之一。其技術水平的提升由傳統的四角拉吊,發展為多拍突擊快速移位強攻的層面。其能量代謝特徵也因對手的對抗性而改變無氧和有氧代謝的分配比例。除此之外,心理特質也是影響運動表現的因素之一。因此,精確的制定年度運動訓練計畫是運動訓練科學化的國際趨勢,它不但有助於提高訓練效率,亦有助於訓練的有效管理。本文主要目的在於針對羽球運動競技的特性,並配合年度國內外比賽,擬定年度週期訓練計畫,期以透過訓練計畫幫助我國羽球選手的訓練績效,締造佳績,為國爭光。然而,現今的羽球比賽需要極為優異的身體、心理、技術等素質及戰術應用能力,才能在激烈的競技中脫穎而出,克敵制勝。因此,如何結合周密可行的年度訓練計畫並配合系統化、科學化的訓練,是不可或缺的發展趨勢。
    Scientific studies indicated that the physiological, psychological and technical demands of current badminton training and competition have been greatly increased during last decade. To increase the elite badminton player's capabilities, this paper constructed a scientific periodization model for the 2002 Asian Games, based on the characteristics of energy metabolism, physical fitness, skills and tactics, psychological and physiological factors of badminton competition. The model provides a qualitative and quantitative progressive overload, training variety and permanent means of recovery concept. It is expected that the training procedure of the elite badminton players can be monitored, and that the training effect can be enhanced.
