本研究之目的為瞭解國中羽球選手知覺教練領導行為之現況，並瞭解國中羽球選手知覺教練領導行為各因素間之差異情形及不同背景變項之國中羽球選手知覺教練領導行為之差異情形。研究者以「100學年度國中羽球代表隊選手」為研究對象，並以選手背景資料、教練領導行為量表為研究工具進行問卷調查，共發出400份問卷，剔除回答不完全之無效問卷，有效問卷共387份，有效問卷回收率為96%。問卷回收後以SPSS for Windows 12.0版統計套裝軟體進行統計分析，以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定、重複量數單因子變異數分析及LSD事後比較法、皮爾森積差相關等方法進行統計分析。本研究結果如下：一、國中羽球選手知覺教練領導行為感受程度高低以「訓練與指導」得分最高，其次為「關懷與獎勵行為」、「民主行為」，而在「權威行為」為最低。二、國中羽球選手在知覺教練領導行為各因素中，「訓練與指導」與其他三因素有顯著差異，可視為第一等級；「關懷與獎勵行為」可視為第二等級；「民主行為」可視為第三等級；而「權威行為」最低，視為第四等級。三、不同背景變項知覺教練領導行為因素上的差異分析結果，在不同年級與不同國中畢業後繼續參加羽球訓練上達顯著水準四、在不同就讀體育班比較上，各因素構面皆無顯著差異。
The purpose of this study is to reveal the training satisfaction of coachs of the badminton athletes in Taiwan primary schools and to compare different background variables on primary school athletes in awareness of the coach leadership behavior. The study used questionnaires, subjects were from the primary school players of Taiwan Education Cup badminton tournament of 2010 school year. The study subjects are 387 male and female Badminton athletes in primary school in Taiwan in 2010. Descriptive statistics, T test, one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the collected data, The result is as follows: 1. The perception ranking for the perceived coach leadership behavior for Badminton athletes in junior highs was as follow: the highest being "training and guidance", followed by "caring and award behavior", "democratic behavior"; "authoritative behavior" being the lowest. 2. Among factors within perceived coach leadership behavior, "training and guidance" and other three factors exhibited significant differences and could be viewed as the first class; followed by "caring and award behavior" as the second, "democratic behavior" as the third. Nonetheless, "authoritative behavior" was rated the lowest and as the fourth class. 3. Different background variables of coach leadership behavior, in the "gender", reached no significant differences. 4. Different background variables of coach leadership behavior, in the "student-athlete class" reached on significant differences.
