    Abstract: Taiwan's natural landscape and human culture as diverse and rich said as "Formosa", the major markets located in central Asia, has geographical advantages. Therefore, as an important industry, tourism industry has to develop a good opportunity. So that tourism is the industry without chimneys, and its role in the existence of the invisible, is to gather a consensus and far-reaching influence.
    Facing natural disasters, epidemics, and international media coverage of the negative cross-strait relations will lead to an outsider to the security concerns of Taiwan's tourism, in addition to tourist hotel investment, operating costs are high, resulting in relatively high prices and undermining the international competitiveness of tourist hotels how to improve their own operations to ensure the competitive advantage of the industry being increasingly important. In this study, seven tourist hotels in the study sample, by TOPSIS method for financial performance evaluation, expectation through the objective analysis of the tourist hotels are listed for appraisal, To find out the relative performance of the company, so that tourist hotels have reference to the objectives and improve deficiencies and the competitiveness among industries and enhance international competitiveness.
