Abstract:
Drawing on resource-based view (RBV), knowledge management (KM) acts an antecedent of organizational learning (OL), and organizational innovation (01) in terms of input-process-output practices. This article provides empirical evidences on exploring the relationship between KM and organizational performance (OP) in e-society while OL and or playas mediators. Collecting from 327 samples in the financial and manufacturing sectors of Taiwan, this study uses structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis to test six hypotheses and our finding indicates that KM capability positively affects OL, 01, and OP. However, the testing result of structure equivalence on theoretical model appears not 10 support that the business patterns in KM practice between the fmancial service and manufacturing sectors are no difference. Finally, this article concludes with some discussions and managerial implications.
