本研究在探討國內企業對於企業內部網路(Intranet)的應用概況及其(計劃)採用考慮因素。針對已進行Intranet規劃及導入工作的十家公司, 以六項重點問題, 採實地訪談(Interview)方式, 探訪計劃負責人, 並以內容分析法( Content analysis)綜整訪談結果。 研究結果顯示, Intranet的特性與效益, 是企業運用資訊科技的理想目標, 且受訪者對其未來深具信心。然而, 現階段規劃導入 Intranet的應用, 亦存在實務上的障礙與困難有待突破。本研究希望藉由受訪者的實際經驗, 對其他有計劃採用Intranet的公司, 提供參考意見與具體建議, 期能對企業界在Intranet的應用方面有所貢獻。 This study is to explore the application overviews and adoption considerations for the Intranet in Taiwan's enterprises. It is aimed at 10 specific companies, for which Intranet planning has been introduced into their operations. Each of the project leaders of the 10 companies is interviewed by asking questions concerning 6 particular subjects. The results of the interviews are compiled with the method of content analysis. The results show that the features and benefits of the Intranet are the ideal goal for the enterprises to use IT. The interviewed companies are full of confidence in using the Intranet in the future. However, obstacles and difficulties exist in the planning adoption in current Intranet application. It is hoped that this study will provide the actual experiences of the interviewed companies which will be of reference value to the enterprises planning to adopt the Intranet. It is also hoped that the substantial recommendations in this study can be contributed to the enterprises in using the Intranet.
