    Title: 民營化變革對管理控制制度及管理績效影響之研究

    Abstract: 本研究以中國農民銀行為個案研究對象，用田野研究法及問卷法，探用Mahoney(1963,1965 )及Otley (1978) 等多位學者有關『管理控制制度』、『工作壓力』及『管理績效』之量表來源進行問卷設計，對中國農民銀行之經、副理級以上之員工進行問卷調查，希翼探究國(公)營銀行民營化解除法令不必要束縛後，其在管理控制制度上，包括計劃程序、控制程序、績效衡量評估及工作壓力上，與民營化前有無顯著改善，並將此研究結果提供給未來即將民營化之政府單位施政及金融同業制定相關策略之參考.
