本研究的目的在於發展一個需求率呈斜坡型的退化性產品之存貨模式。此
處,我們假設產品退化率為時間的遞減函數且允許缺貨而缺貨數量為部份欠撥。
丈中我們提出允許週期末發生缺貨及訂購週期開始時便發生缺貨的存貨模式且
分別給予數值逼近解。在使單位時間的平均總成本為最低的情況下,建立一個選
取最適訂購策略的步驟流程, 進而求出最適的訂購及補貨策略。最後, 舉例說明
上述模式的求解過程。 In the present paper efforts have been made to analyze an inventory model for
inventory of items that deteriorate at a time-decreasing rate, assuming the shortages
quantities will be partial backordered and the demand rate a ranlp type function of
time. We enumerate all possible shortage models that are permitted to end with
shortages and start with shortages, and provide an approximate solution. For
minimizing the average total cost per unit time, we develop a procedure to
mathematically identify which altemative is the optimal policy to operate. At the end,
a numerical example is presented to illustrate the proposed models.
