本論文是關於研製一個風力發電機的發電機系統。簡而言之，本論文研究的目的是研究發電機與葉片轉子之間的匹配問題，並製作出一台微型風力發電機。首先我們依風力發電機之需求，決定發電機之定功率，再決定所需之額定電壓，此時也決定了額定電流，此時便決定了感應線圈的粗細，利用公式算出線圈匝數。有了以上的數據後，並繪製cad檔，設計我們的發電機之外型。並將所設計出的發電機放上動力台量測數據，量測出發電機的額定數據之後與設計葉片之去做匹配，看是否能達到當初設計之需求，再一步一步更改設計讓發電機能發揮葉片最大效能，並使風力發電機能達到更高的效率。並根據發電機與葉片之匹配，能使發電機的製作方向更明確。 The research investigates the establishment of the wind turbine system. To put it simply, our research focuses on how to deal with the compatibility of a wind turbine with rotor blades and then produce a miniature wind turbine. First of all, we determined the power rating of a generator with the demand of a wind turbine. Then, we settled the rated insulation voltage and the degree of thickness of the induction coil and calculated the number of the winding turns. Those data having been prepared, we established a cad file to illustrate and design the model of a wind turbine and began our experiment on our model. We tested our model and calculated the nominal data of the turbine. After organizing the data, we matched the rotor blades with the wind turbine and observed whether our models would meet the demand of our design. Step by step, we changed our design to improve the wind turbine to maximize the efficiency. From the process, we analyzed the compatibility of a generator with its rotor blades to find out a way to produce an efficient wind turbine.
