    摘要: 本研究已探討在超音波震盪下之化成處理對奈米銅粉末之顏色及光學性質影響。實驗結果,顏色依化成反應時間而變,由黑色氧化銅,轉成黃色氧化亞銅,及氧化亞銅與氫氧氯化銅比例所組成的藍綠色。奈米銅粉末在800-1200nm之波段具有62%的IR阻隔效果,形成化成皮膜後將會降低IR的阻隔效果,但對UV阻隔及可見光穿透率沒有影響。
    The present study has investigated the effect of colour and optical property for chemical conversion of nano-scale metered copper powder under sonication. The experimental results found that the sequence of colour change according to the reaction time from black (CuO), yellow (Cu2O) and then turn into aquamarine (cuprous oxide and hydroxide copper chloride compound). Additional, the nano-scale metered copper powder having 62% the IR rejection within 800-1200nm.When the conversion coating formed on the surface of powder will reduce the IR rejection, but the UV rejection and the visible light transmittance is not affected.
