    Abstract: 行動電話已經是現代人不可或缺的一項工具,尤其在台灣行動電話的用戶總數達到了兩千七百萬,等於每個人有一支以上的行動電話,近幾年由蘋果iPhone所引領的行動電話application更是替大家帶來了許許多多的可能性;隨著工商業的發展,人們的飲食內容也越來越精緻化,因此也造成民眾肥胖情形的增加,然而肥胖不只影響人體健康也是導致許多嚴重疾病的因素,而民眾對於體重控制的需求也是與日俱增,因為這樣的一個趨勢,讓我們思考如何利用行動電話這樣一個隨身工具來協助我們管理飲食內容並且改善我們的健康狀態;因此我們發展出一個可以在iPhone上面運行的應用程式,主要利用QR-Code的便利性來取代繁瑣的人工輸入,並且結合專家系統發展出可以依使用者健康狀態提供適當的飲食建議的功能,系統可以提供一般使用者飲食分析與建議,或是有體重控制需求的使用者,系統也會提醒他如何控制熱量並且達到均衡的飲食,針對有特殊疾病(糖尿病、高血壓、痛風、洗腎)的使用者,系統也會針對其飲食原則給予飲食分析與建議,我們期望能結合智慧型手機的便利性來達到隨時隨地的飲食健康管理。
    Mobile phone is an indispensable tool in modern life. In Taiwan, mobile phone users reached 27 million. In other words, each person has more than one mobile phone. Apple’s iPhone, leading the trend of mobile phone applications, brings more possibilities in recent years. With the development of industry and commerce, the people’s diet is more and more refined. It also causes the increase in the situation of people obese. Obesity not only affects human health but also the factors that lead to many deseases. The demand for weight control is more and more. Because of this trend, let us consider how to use mobile phone to help us manage the diet and improve our health. Therefor we have developed an application run on the mobile phone. It takes advantage of the convenience of the QR-Code to replace the cumbersome input operating. We also use the expert system to provide diet recommendations following the dietary status of the user. The system can provide dietary analysis and recommendations of the normal user. For weight control needs of the user, the system will remind hime how to control the calories and maintain a balanced diet. For users with specific diseases (Diabetes, Hypertension, Gout, Dialysis treatment), the system will give the diet analysis and recommendations for their diet principles. We aim to utilize the ease-of-use of the mobile phone to achieve health management anytime, anywhere。
