摘要:	自工業革命後，因交通及產業的變化，許多建築師對都市土地與生活有不同的烏托邦理想，而所謂烏托邦為一個理想化生活方式的想像。現今的都市，資本主義文化所導致個別土地利益的追逐，其所造成的M型社會現象, 尤其影響著台灣剛畢業青年族群（20歲至35歲）在都市中的居住問題，而我認為分享(sharing)是可解決此社會現象的基本議題，因此，本研究希望藉由探索青年族群在都市生活的分享機制, 進而建構一個強調分享之青年理想化的生活方式社區“享烏托邦S-topia”社區。為達成上述研究目的，本研究方法主要包括四個步驟：案例研究，訪談分析，原型建構與設計實驗。1) 藉由國內外案例，找尋享青年住宅的分享機制，包括租金、空間使用、功能、對社會的貢獻等; 2) 選定適當的青年族群，經由對九組樣本的訪談及分析，建構享青年住宅的空間策略，包括三種不同分享尺度在面積與使用上的組合方式; 3) 藉由生活故事腳本的建立，本研究建構一個以五戶且三種不同單元組合(1：2：2)的分享機制原型(prototype); 4)最後，這個原型透過台北市都更處的一處實際的基地(台北市萬華區青年路水源路口)，進行設計操作，模擬與檢驗。經由本研究之設計操作，我們發現都市中青年社會住宅應只租不售，且需要合理的租金設定(包含租金制度及使用者條件)，同時，此分享機制應建構在三種不同尺度的公司領域分享，1)大尺度分享擴及鄰里及社會的責任; 2)中尺度分享對社區中公共空間的分享; 3)小尺度以五戶為群組，彼此對私領域做分享，這三種尺度的同時需結合不同生活週期的空間利用與活動事件。上述這件享烏托分享機制，可用來解決台灣目前都市中的青年住宅問題外，也可擴及至弱勢族群或是受災居民的居住問題。 After industrial revolution, the ideas of transportation and industrial have changed, many architects also have their new points of view in living style as well as in use of urban land that we called Utopia. Utopia is an ideal living style in our imagination. In today society, capitalism causes individual profit on land usage in a city. M-shaped society is gradually formed in our current society. Particularly, affecting graduated university students in Taiwan (from age 20 to 35) who live in the metropolis such as the capital city, Taipei. From our point of view, the word “Sharing” is the key issue to solve the current problem. The aim of this research is to focus on the sharing mechanism in urban in order to create a feasible community (called S-topia ) for the young generation. There are four steps to approach the research. They are 1) through the case studies, to explore the sharing mechanism of social housings for the young, including rental, space usage, function, the contribution to the society...etc.; 2) collecting and analyzing the data from the interviews of nine different young groups; 3) creating a sharing prototype which consist of five families and three different units according to two story scenarios and three combination mechanisms in different scales. 4) At last, this prototype is evaluated through implementation and stimulation in the site where is located in the intersection of Qingnian Rd and Shuiyuan Rd Wanhua Dist in Taipei City. In conclusion, the young-adult public housing is suitable for lease but not for sale based on classifications and conditions on leasing and using. At the same time, this sharing mechanism is based on three different scales. 1) At the largest scale, it contains the sharing to the neighborhood and the responsibility to the society. 2) At the middle scale, it contains the sharing to the public area in the community. 3) At the small scale, it regards five families as one group, sharing their private territory to each other. Through integrating their living styles, spatial usages and activities in S-topia, we can not only solve the problems of young-adult public housing, but also help the housing problems on the disadvantaged groups or the victims from natural disasters.
