    摘要: 建築資訊模型應用後帶來了許多的益處,相對也衍生了許多的法律問題,法律問題與工程爭議息息相關,各種現有的爭議問題與衍生的新問題關係未釐清導致業主及廠商對於專案使用BIM有所顧忌,這是影響BIM在國內推動的阻礙,為了對於國內BIM發展有所幫助與貢獻,現有爭議問題與衍生的新問題之釐清是有其必要性的,本研究「建築資訊模型於工程爭議之應用研究」擬透過文獻對於現有之工程爭議與BIM導入後之新的問題進行歸納統整,並利用專家問卷針對BIM導入後對於現有之工程爭議的改變與新問題進行探討,最後整合各界專家之看法提出建議與對策。
    Building information modeling application has brought many benefits, the relative rise to many legal problems, legal problems and disputes in construction projects are closely related to the existing controversial issues and the derived relationship is not clarified lead owners and vendors for the project to use the BIMscruples, which is driven by the impact of BIM in the domestic hinder, help and contribution to the development of the domestic BIM, the existing controversial issues and clarify the problem derived is necessary, this study " A Study on Application of Building Information Model to Construction Disputes " to be through the literature for existing construction disputes and BIM import new induction system and the use of expert questionnaire to explore the changes and new problems for the existing construction disputes for BIM import, integration of the community of expertsthe views put forward suggestions and countermeasures.
