摘要:	從2000年開始韓劇在東亞地區形成了一股強大的潮流，韓劇能外銷至多國市場，在製作上勢必有其不同於其他國家的特性。本研究的基本立場是將韓劇視為一種產業，並以韓國電視劇產業為研究對象，關注韓劇製作過程中的產製資源為韓劇產業所帶來的優劣。因此本研究以資源基礎理論為基礎，探究韓劇產業的優勢資源與製程特性。本研究主要從產業的外部市場及內部產製兩個方向來討論韓劇產業的產製資源。外部市場部分，所關心的是韓劇產業中的主要的節目供應方與需求方之間的供需關係，以及在歷史性因素下所形成的寡頭市場結構。而內部產製部分，將研究主力置於生產、製作、播放整個產程的流程與特殊性，並從無形資產、個人能力、組織能力、資金運用等四大面向著手。本研究採文獻分析法，由於本文所探討的對象是韓國電視劇產業，有鑑於台灣對於韓劇產業的相關研究資料有限，因此研究分析中加入了韓文資料，一來能補充此研究領域有限的資料來源，二來又能更貼近韓國當地的電視劇產業現況。研究結果發現，韓劇優勢資源在韓劇製播的特性與市場結構的交互影響之下所形成，韓國特有的電視市場結構再配合因環境而發展出的製播特性，促成了有利於韓國電視劇產業在國際競爭上脫穎而出的優勢資源。其優勢資源可歸結為五項，分別為：注重市場導向的產製過程、產銷一體的生產模式、人力資源的培養與競爭、市場結構以至資金集中、資金來源的穩定。 Since Korea drama exports to most east Asia countries which makes watching Korea drama be a trend, there must be some features on the production processes of Korea drama. Thus, this research took Korea drama industry as the main object of study, and emphasized on the advantaged resources in the production processes of Korea drama. This research discussed the advantaged resources of Korea drama industry from two sides. First is oligopoly market structure which originated from historic factors. Second is the flow path of drama program’s production focusing on intangible capital, organizational capability, human capital and financial resources. The present, adopting the method of documentary analysis, specially added Korean documentary in order to extend references in this field and press close to the real situations in current Korea drama industry. The result of the study showed that under the mutual influence of production features and oligopoly market structure, the advanced resources of Korea drama industry has its own inimitability. The advanced resources could be concluded into five: market-originated production processes, Production-Marketing Integration performance, personal training, Low-risk Liquidity Management, stable financial sources.
