    Abstract: 　　江州地括今日江西、福建二省全境及湖北省東北境，於兩晉時介於兩大政治中心揚州及荊州之間，地位重要。本文主旨即在探討東晉時江州的戰略地位及其與政局演變之關係。
    　　本文第一章〈江州概論〉先就兩晉南北朝時期之江州進行背景研究，包括自然地理、建置沿革、經濟發展、戰略地位等面項的討論。第二章〈東晉內戰中的江州角色〉以個案研究，討論東晉各內戰中，江州所扮演的角色及意義，以明白江州在東晉政局中之地位。第三章〈江州之爭與權臣對立〉透過對東晉政治鬥爭的研究，突顯江州在政局中的地位及其與東晉政局演變之關係。
    　　江州因其特殊而重要的地理位置，使其與東晉政局關係密切。其首長的政治意向與作為，往往影響到東晉政局之發展，特別是在「荊揚之爭」的背景下，江州首長的動向牽引著兩大政治中心的強弱消長，得到江州支持的一方往往成為政爭中的勝利者。在此情況下，諸政治勢力對於江州的爭奪十分激烈，甚至兵戎相見，或以暗殺等手段達成目的，諸勢力在江州首長之職的角力，可做為我們觀察東晉政局的切入點。
    Jiang Zhou have control today`s Jiang Xi Province and Fu Jian Province, it is a very important region for Eastern Jin Dynasty. Because its special and important location, it has a very excellent position in the Eastern Jin Dynasty Council.
    All the political forces compete its Executive positions, highlighting the conflict and struggle. Similarly, the Jiangzhou Executive political developments and decisions drawing the political changes. The case style and depth to compete for different periods of the various political forces Jiangzhou, as well as the political struggle of the various periods in Jiangzhou with his role, to highlight the important position of Jiangzhou in the Eastern Jin Dynasty politics.
    Jing Yang dispute the political context of the movements of the head of Jiangzhou traction with the strength of growth and decline of the two major political center, Jiangzhou support often becomes the winner of the political struggle. In this case, the various political forces in the fight for Jiangzhou very intense, and even fight each other or to the assassination and other means to achieve this objective, various forces in the wrestling in the the Jiangzhou heads of the post, we observed can be used as the entry point of the Eastern Jin Dynasty Council.
