Based on agile principles of acceptance of the four software development project as defined under the Scrum principles of People, Organizational, Process and Technical factor dimensions to explore their awareness of project successful, and related environmental background information analyzed and discussed. We have the research department to collect data by means of empirical study of Taiwan''s software development practitioners. The results taken show that have no significant relationship between Scrum and the project successful cognitive existence in Taiwan. Because of Scrum principles defined by the People, Process and Technical for project success cognition are to have a significant impact. The results of the comparison suggests that Scrum most people in Taiwan is unclear why its meaning, but agree that Scrum emphasize methods and focus on positive help for the success of the project. It’s mean that have conditions conducive to the development of Scrum in Taiwan. Desired conclusion of this study as a follow-up is about to import a preliminary basis for the assessment of the Scrum.
