二、 我國軍職人員參與教育訓練課程的學習滿意度各取向評價為中間程度， 其中以「師資陣容」為最高。
This study aimed to explore the motivation of our military personnel to participate in educational training courses and learning satisfaction associated with the case, its main purpose is to understand the trainee learning motivation to participate in educational training courses and the impact of learning satisfaction , and to explore different personal background for our military personnel to participate in educational training courses, learning motivation and learning satisfaction relationship, and finally put forward specific proposals based on statistical analysis of data and expect to provide follow-up researchers and educational training unit reference.
First, this study, the research motivation and research purposes, search the whole domestic and foreign research data and literature, inductive learning motivation and learning the theory of satisfaction with the orientation level, the establishment of this research framework, in accordance with the relevant empirical research and the existing amount of table, the development of military personnel to participate in learning motivation and learning satisfaction questionnaire, study adopted survey research, through data processing and statistical analysis, the results compiled for discussion, the last comprehensive the entire research findings and conclusions, according to to make specific recommendations.
After finishing with the induction of this study the following conclusions:
1. The ROC military personnel to participate in educational training courses to the overall motivation of each orientation is generally high, the strongest motives of interest in knowledge ".
2. The ROC military personnel to participate in educational training courses, learning satisfaction orientation evaluation for the middle level, where the faculty.
3. The motivation of our military personnel to participate in educational training courses due to the background change items different, showing whether the differences in circumstances.,
4. The ROC military personnel to participate in educational training courses, learning satisfaction because of the background variables are different, while showing whether the differences.
5. The ROC military personnel to participate in educational training courses, learning motivation and learning satisfaction of significantly correlated.
Finally, according to research findings, as far as to put forward specific proposals, Guojun education and training units and the educators and the follow-up recommendations of the researchers, the period as a reference of the follow-up sophistication.
