    Abstract: 隨著知識經濟時代的來臨,為組織帶來價值創造的因素,已由過去以資本及勞力所組成的有形資產,轉為以智慧資本及知識所組成的無形資產。本研究旨在探討智慧資本、知識分享與工作滿意之關聯性,以知識分享作為中介變數,並以在台灣連鎖餐飲服務界中占有一席之地的王品集團為本研究對象。目的是探討王品集團的智慧資本,是否會透過組織所擁有的知識分享平台,對於員工的工作滿意造成影響,以提供其他組織做為發展成功之參考。
    本研究透過對王品集團旗下之員工進行問卷調查,並使用 SPSS 12.0 統計套裝軟體對回收之有效問卷進行資料分析。研究結果發現,王品集團內部所擁有之智慧資本,對於員工的知識分享程度與工作滿意度皆有正向之影響。並且,在王品集團內知識分享程度越高,員工的工作滿意度越高。而為組織創造競爭優勢之智慧資本,可經由知識分享平台將組織的知識進行移轉,使員工的工作滿意度增加。
    透過本研究可以瞭解知識分享平台為組織所帶來的效益,並進一步發現組織創造價值之因素,以期作為後續研究之建議,以及提供其他組織是否應致力於知識分享平台建立之參考。
    Intangible assets have become a more and more important determinant in the competitive business environment in the era of economic knowledge. The study aimed to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital, knowledge sharing and job satisfaction, using knowledge sharing as a mediator, with Wang Group as the subjects for study. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of the intellectual capital of Wang Group through the knowledge-sharing platform to job satisfaction of employees.
    Questionnaires was adopted for this study and 373 valid samples are collected from the employees of Wang Group. Through statistics analysis, the main results are as below: 1. Intellectual capital have a positive effect on knowledge sharing and job satisfaction. 2. Knowledge sharing have a positive effect on job satisfaction. 3. The positive effect of intellectual capital on job satisfaction is mediated by knowledge sharing.
