    Abstract: 本研究係以職場健康計劃對員工向心力及工作績效間之關係為探討的主題。討論職場推行健康計劃對凝聚員工向心力與提昇工作績效之表現。首先研究者探討職場推動員工健康、員工向心力及工作績效的相關文獻,根據文獻分析結果,建立研究假設。
    其次檢驗職場推動員工健康、員工向心力及工作績效量表,以實證的工具。問卷編訂完成後,以電信業為母群體,依職務別採分層問卷調查進行分析與比較,共 210個樣本進行施測,回收有效問卷 175 份,以檢定研究假設。

    本研究經實證統計分析結果如下:
    一、職場健康計劃對員工參與健康計劃情形有顯著正向影響。
    二、職場健康計劃對員工向心力有顯著正向影響。
    三、職場健康計劃對工作績效有顯著正向影響。
    四、本研究驗證結果得知員工參與健康計劃情形對職場健康計劃與員工向心力之間具有中介之效果。
    五、本研究驗證結果得知員工參與健康計劃情形對公司健康計劃與工作績效之間具有中介之效果。
    六、員工向心力對工作績效有顯著正向影響。
    This study investigates the influence of health promotion and wellness plan in the workplace on employees’centripetal force and work performance. Specifically, how health promotion in the workplace can increase employee’s centripetal force and performance is of focus. The current thesis first reviewed the literature regarding the relationship between the health promotion plan and the centripetal force and performance of the employees.
    Next, the degrees of health promotion, centripetal and work performance were empirically measured by scale tools. Questionnaire survey was adopted as research method. To testify the research hypotheses, this study treated the telecommunication industry as the population, from which 210 samples were selected by different job positions. 175 effective questionnaires were received. Analyses and comparisons of the questionnaire responses reported the following results:

    1.The health plan of the enterprise positively influenced employees’ participation in the plan.
    2.The health plan of the enterprise positively influenced employees’ centripetal force.
    3.The health plan of the enterprise positively influenced employees’ work performance.
    4.Employees’ participation in the health plan exerted an influence on the relationship between the enterprise’s health plan and the centripetal force of the employees.
    5.Employees’ participation in the health plan exerts an influence on the relationship between the enterprise’s health plan and the work performance of the employees.
    6.Employees’ centripetal force positively influenced employees’ work performance.
