摘要:	因醫藥科技及衛生觀念的進步，台灣地區與世界已開發國家之人口結構，往高齡化及少子化之社會趨勢發展，退休制度正面臨若干衝擊，包括：退休金年齡是否提高，退休金及養老給付應否調整等問題。均考驗著個人對於退休金理財規劃的能力。本研究提供個人於準備退休金時，瞭解影響退休金的各項要素之變動，對於退休金準備時應注意之訊息，規劃完善的退休生涯，及早準備及因應。本研究發展一個建構在全球資訊網絡的線上退休金試算系統，以提供即將或屆齡退休族群有一個好的規劃工具，讓該族群清楚了解自身未來的財務藍圖，進而做好每年的消費及儲蓄計劃，進而達成規劃中退休養老的財務目標。以協助個人進行其最適合理財規劃。 Dvances in medical technology and health concepts had caused the declension of the birthrate and changed the population structure of many countries. This study aims to provide an insight of the impact of changes in the elements of pension provision. Meanwhile, this study developed an online pension spreadsheet system constructed in the global information network as a personal pension planning tool. By this online system, the users could get a clearer understanding of their own future financial blueprint and set more practical financial goals for retirement planning. This online system might assist individuals to conduct the most suitable wealth management planning. The more comprehensive pre-retirement financial planning, the more peace of mind, and the individual could carry out a new life journey when retired from the workplace.
