    Abstract: 當x≧0.5時,塊材SixMo2S3-x是屬於混合有兩或三種晶相的樣品,不過它也顯示出一些有趣的電性與磁性。本實驗的重點在於找出擁有這些電磁特性的單相結構。目前看出它可能是Px-MoS2、MoSi2與Mo5Si3之混合物。
    When x≧0.5, bulk SixMo2S3-x samples are composed of two or three crystalline phases including MoSi2, MoS2, and Mo5Si3. The samples revealed some interesting electrical and magnetic properties. This report is to find out the phases which are responsible for these electrical and magnetic properties.
