摘要:	近年我國保險業越來越重視損害防阻工作之推行，希望可以藉由損害防阻來降低損失頻率與損失幅度，並且減少社會資源的無謂浪費。惟損害防阻之推動，若能從被保險人方面切入進行，則可達到事半功倍之效果，但相對保險業者必須給予被保險人一些保險費率上之優惠，才能誘使被保險人願意投入損害防阻之工作。論及保險知識，台灣民眾相較於保險先進國家，保險知識尚待全力推行予以提升；此外，台灣保險業者缺乏對於一般社會大眾宣導保險知識，導致大多數民眾對於損害防阻重要性及如何運用不甚瞭解，因此本研究將針對產險中損害防阻與增減費率兩者間之關聯性進行探討。本研究範圍除包括損害防阻與增減費率之基本理論外，亦透過國內外相關文獻以及保險單等相關資料之蒐集與整理；最後，提出本研究之結論與建議事項，供相關主管單位及保險業者作為未來發展之參考。 Recently our insurance industry has emphasized on loss prevention. We hope to reduce the loss frequency, loss severity and waste of social resource through loss prevention. To promote the loss prevention we could achieve our goal if we can convince the insured to do so. Furthermore, insure must give the insured some discount so that those insured will be willing to do loss prevention. As to the insurance knowledge, compared to other advanced countries, people in Taiwan relatively lack of the insurance knowledge. We still have to try our best to improve that circumstance. In addition, in Taiwan insurers lack of promotion to the public so that most people don''t know much about the importance and the operation of the loss prevention. Therefore, my research will focus on the correlation between the loss prevention and the merit rating. The field of my research covers not only the basic theory of the loss prevention and merit rating but also the gathering from foreign and domestic documents. Lastly I will provide my conclusion and suggestion to relevant official departments and insurers for further development.
