    Abstract: 台灣社會結構面臨人口高齡化、少子化、單身化的問題,醫療水準的進步導致壽命的延長,使得長期看護的需求增加。
    我國目前有8家壽險公司推出商業長期看護保險,截至2010年底,商業長期看護保險投保件數僅32.6萬件,全台只有1.4%的民眾投保商業長期看護保險,投保率相當低,可見台灣民眾對長期看護風險意識太薄弱。
    本研究透過問卷調查法,針對受試者進行壽命延長與風險態度對於商業長期看護保險需求行為之分析的調查,將回收之問卷運用敘述性統計、單因子變異數分析及卡方檢定等統計方法進行分析,探討受試者之商業長期看護保險需求行為,依據所得之研究結果彙整,提出結論與建議。問卷分為三部份,第一部份為長期看護認知與商業長期看護保險購買意願;第二部份為壽命延長與風險態度;第三部份為人口統計變數。
    依據本研究實證結果發現:
    1.商業長期看護保險相較一般醫療保險用到機會較少,但其保費又較高,因而影響一般民眾投保意願。
    2.商業長期看護保險之長期看護狀態認定不易,導致購買意願程度較低。
    3.商業長期看護保險商品內容較其他保險商品複雜,影響業務員之銷售意願。
    4.有意願或已購買商業長期看護保險之民眾,多半為自覺出險機率較高者,因而有逆選擇的問題。
    Since Taiwan society is faced with the problem of an aging population and the low birth rate, the demand of long-term care services and products has gradually increased.
    The commercial long-term care insurance provides an alternative way to mitigate the possible dangerous situation for disable persons. There are eight life insurance companies to sell a commercial long-term care insurance in the end of 2010.However, only 1.4 percent of the people in Taiwan have bought the commercial long-term care insurance. That is to say, the purchase rate of the commercial long-term care product is very low, which indicates that the people in Taiwan have less awareness for for long-term care risk.
    This study conduct a questionnaire survey to investigate the relationship among the life expectancy, risk attitude and the demand for the commercial long-term care insurance By descriptive statistics, One-Way ANOVA and chi-square test for the subjects, the empirical results have shown as follows.
    1. People although a young man can afford to buy, but lack of awareness of long-term care risk. Until the age a little longer there are interested in purchasing, but the premiums are too expensive, cause people long-term care insurance for low degree.
    2. Commercial long-term care insurance compared to the general medical insurance to use fewer opportunities, but their premiums higher, thus affecting the general population insured wishes.
    3. State of determined long-term care is not easy, leading to the low level of purchase intention.
    4. Compared with other insurance, commercial long-term care insurance products more complex, affecting the will of the salesmen sell.
    5. Have purchased the business long-term care insurance people, mostly high probability of conscious escape from danger, and thus the problem of adverse selection.
