本研究是以國內金融業某公司教育訓練之相關資料為個案來進行研究，主要採取質性研究(Qualitative Research)之個案分析法(Case-Study Method)及檔案分析法(ArchivalStudy)，同時輔以問卷調查進行學習成效評估。藉由相關文獻資料與個案公司訓練資料之蒐集及整理，瞭解教育訓練及線上學習之涵義，並探討個案公司教育訓練方式的改變-即由傳統的實體上課方式逐漸衍變為目前實體為主與線上為輔之混搭學習方式，其線上學習的成效為何 ? 並透過問卷調查實際瞭解員工對線上學習課程之滿意度及學習成效，針對公司教育訓練檔案資料以個案分析方式做深入探討，採交叉比對用百分比方法進行分析，發現線上學習其中問題徵結與困難點，歸納出對個案公司教育訓練具體可行之建議，做為內部未來規劃與執行教育訓練之參考，同時亦可做為其後續教育訓練改進及成長的建議，以提昇個案公司教育訓練學習之成效。
Knowledge and human assets play the key role to success in current knowledge-based economy, especially in highly-competitive financial industry. Moreover, on-job training is the best method to store human resource. Human resource becomes the most precise and core asset in enterprises. To appropriate plan and map out the training scheme of employee grows into the serious subject. In today competitive business environment, how to manage and make use of knowledge and transform into core competence and continually improvement of a business turns to the key issue, in addition, it then leads to strong needs of E-Learning. E-Learning has various advantages, such as cost benefit, information consistence, easy to update, unrestricted to time and space boundary, learning content flexibility and accumulation of useful knowledge. Therefore, business entities treat digital learning as important training tool and it becomes the trend of education training. It is widely used to lower training cost and gear up the power of business competitiveness.
The thesis is based on the data of on-job training from local financial institution, mainly undertakes the case-study method and archival study of qualitative research, and supported with questionnaires to evaluate the training effectiveness. Through relevant empirical articles together with data collection and organizing, the meaning of on-job training and E-Learning is discussed. Beside, the changes in training method of the selected sample, a shift from traditional face-to-face course only to current status mixture and supported with E-Learning, is also study. Further, the learning effectiveness of E-Learning is also considered. In order to understand the E-Learning satisfaction and effectiveness of sampled employee, the method of questionnaire is taken. In this research the case-study method is taken to analyze the on-job training data of the selected sample. After using percentage cross match and variation analysis, several problems and difficulties of E Learning are discovered. This thesis concludes certain applicable on-job training recommendation to the sampled institution, as the internal reference of future training plans and schedules. Furthermore, it can also be taken as a better and improvement of follow-up on-job training to achieve higher training effectiveness.
