摘要:	國內創投公司以委託基金管理公司進行管理為目前主要的管理模式，故本研究針對國內基金管理公司進行個案探討。本論文首先以文獻探討的方式，對於國內外之創業投資事業相關文獻加以匯總整理，針對創業投資的特性定義、事業階段、經營模式、運作架構、決策程序、評估準則進行探討，同時分析台灣創業投資事業之現況與結構，並將重點放在創業投資事業投資與投資後管理之行為模式與策略研究。本研究之研究目的為探討國內基金管理公司如何選擇投資標的，其主要的投資評估準則為何? 有無特別偏重那一項決策因素?決策過程中是否特別偏好那一個產業、事業階段與地區?並了解個案公司在投資後管理行為的實際做法，輔以投資績效為佐證。經由回顧國內外學者之研究，與實際訪談個案公司後，本研究結果發現個案公司之眾多評估準則中最重視的是產品技術構面與市場構面。個案公司以投資半導體、光電業與電子零件業為主要投資產業；在投資事業階段部分，約有78%的資金投資於擴充期與成熟期的投資案；在投資地區部分，有90%的資金投資於國內地區。個案公司在投資後管理部分最重視的兩構面為經營管理構面與財務構面。本研究透過個案公司之投資績效分析，找出核心競爭力，並給予個案公司後續投資建議。 Domestic venture capital firm commissioned by the fund management company to manage is the main management mode, so this research is focus on the domestic fund management companies. How to choose investment targets of this research aimed to explore the domestic fund management companies, and its main investment evaluation principle? Whether the special emphasis that a decision-making factors? Whether the preference of an industry, career stages and regions in decision-making process? And understand case company in the practice of investment management behavior, combined with the investment performance for the evidence. Through review the research of scholars at domestic and abroad, and actual interviews with the case company, the results of this study found that the most important in a number of assessment criteria of the case company is the product technical dimensions and market dimensions. Cases of investment in the semiconductor, optoelectronics industry and the electronic components industry as the main investment industry; in the stage portion of the investment business, about 78 percent of the funds to invest in expansion and maturity of the investment cases; about 90% of the funds investment in the domestic area. In the post-investment management portion, this research found the most important dimensions is management dimensions and financial dimensions. In this study, through the investment performance of the case company to identify the core competitiveness, and subsequent investment advice given to the case company.
