    Abstract: 由於台灣經濟活動主要以出口外銷為導向,但過去的論文確沒有針對出口商的企業變革策略進行探討過,本研究期望可以透過探討Y公司面臨金融海嘯困境時所採取的行動,並透過分享公司的相關資料、文獻刊物的整理及訪談資料之分析與整理,進一步探討Y公司的變革歷程與經營成效。研究結果顯示為了達到零售商如期出貨的需求,Y公司實行了JIT (Just in Time)出貨計畫,作業流程及訊息傳遞也在因應消費者行為及零售商採購策略的改變下隨之變革,變革後的作業流程不旦縮短了報價往返的及溝通上的時間,相對的也提供了效率與效能。變革的過程衝突是無法避免的,隨著工作壓力的增加,再加上遇缺不補的政策下,公司成員對公司目標的認同及對主管工作分配的公平性產生質疑的產生也是必然的。然而優渥的公司福利制度及可信賴的優秀主管,因為滿足了成員們生理及心理需求,反而成為激發成員們持續為組織目標努力的動力。
    Taiwan’s economic activities are well known for the export and import activities. However, we noticed that prior literature did not study extensively and deeply in the organizational changes of an exporting company. Therefore, the present study aims to study one of the exporting company in Taiwan using re-structuring to deal with the impacts brought by the Financial Crisis in 2008.By Importing practices like JIT programs and other organizational change mechanisms, both efficiency and effectiveness of that company are on a rise. How to solve conflicts in that company is also an important issue, the case company designs a well designed—motivated bonus program and effective leadership to deal with conflicts with employees.
