    Abstract: 本研究旨在瞭解研究者所服務之某華語教學補習班其規劃的「師資進階培訓計劃」方案之實施情況與成效,探討其現況與優、缺點,做爲未來改善之參考依據或新方案規劃之方向。本研究採質性研究法,透過對參與過師資進階培訓課程的學員、老師和工作人員的深入訪談以及文件資料蒐集與分析等方式,深入瞭解參與者對課程内容、教學方式、師資、設備與資源、人員服務、價格計算之反應與期望。結果發現:
    一、課程內容與師資專業,均符合學習者之期待。
    二、教學方式採網路與面授兩種,學員對網路效果反應不佳。
    三、服務人員在課程進行時適時帶動上課氣氛,引導師生互動,增進學習效果。
    四、價格計算尚屬合理,唯消費者仍期待有降價空間。
    五、課程參與者亦提出以下建議:
    (1)提供授課老師背景介紹,學員可針對專長請益
    (2)網路教學的設備應在速度與收訊上做改善或更新
    (3)增加面授課程及北京語言大學校園的導覽介紹
    (4)可在用餐及參訪行程做調整,使價格有調整的空間
    This study aims to understand the current status and outcome of “The Advanced Teachers’ Training Project” designed by a Mandarin Language Institute. This research is to explore its status, its advantages and disadvantages, in order to make the use of this research as a reference, for future improvement of the program or to extend a direction of new programs.
    This research adopts the qualitative research method. Data were gathered using document analysis and in-depth interviews take place with the students, instructors and staff in the advanced teachers’ training project. Data collection was focused on five themes, including the expectations of the participants toward the contents of the course, the quality of staff members, the infrastructure and resources of the faculty, the service quality of the staff members, and finally the price of the tuition fees.
    The findings of this study are as follows:
    1.The professionalism of the staff members and the content of the courses have both met the expectations of the students.
    2.There are two ways of conducting courses: online learning and in-class learning. The students have negative feedbacks towards the online learning method.
    3.Teacher assistants lead classes with appropriate manners and good learning atmosphere. They create better learning environment, enhance the relationship between the instructor and learners, better the interactions, and hence create preferable learning outcome..
    4.Tuition fees are reasonable and yet the consumers would still expect a fair reduction.
    5.The recommendations by the participants are as follows:
    (1) Provide an introduction of the professional background on each instructor, so the students may seek appropriate assistance from them.
    (2) Establish a stable and improved online learning system, such as the reception or the speed of the internet.
    (3) To increase extra in-class learning time and the introduction of the campus of Beijing Language and Culture University.
    (4) To give room for a fluctuation of tuition fees with a modification on meals and visits arrangement.
