    摘要: 本研究以新北市兩所高級中學附設進修學校為個案,以訪談法為主,輔以文件分析等方式收集資料,以探討高級中學附設進修學校之經營現況、經營困境及經營策略,藉以提供教育主管機關及學校參考。經資料之分析與歸納,得到以下結論:
    一、新北市立高級中學附設進修學校之經營現況,均依法制運作,行政職掌與權責明確,惟其師資、課程、教學及學生學習仍有待調整改進。
    二、新北市立高級中學附設進修學校之經營困境,主要有:(一)在行政運作上,因兼任行政職務之教師異動率高,使進修學校業務推展難以有所突破;(二)在師資聘任上,因進修學校夜間授課鐘點費與日校相同,實在難以吸引專業師資;(三)在課程教材上,目前採用與一般日校高級中學之課綱與教材,難以符合進修學校學生之需求;(四)在教學實施上,因學生起點行為落差甚大,使教師在教學上難以符應學生的個別需求;(五)在學生學習上,因學生之家庭與工作因素,仍有部份同學無法順利完成學業。
    三、新北市立高級中學附設進修學校之經營策略,主要考量有:(一)在行政作為方面,鞏固行政團隊減少異動;(二)在資源共享方面,與日校建立良善關係,期能在經費、設備與教師資源共享;(三)在特色發展方面,發展進修學校特色與彈性課程,以吸引更多學生;(四)在招生宣導方面,主動積極將進修學校之招生訊息傳達至社區,強化行銷與宣傳工作。
    根據研究結論,本研究建議:一、教育主管機關,應早日確立高級中學附設進修學校之定位;二、高級中學進修學校應多考量學生的升學管道與未來發展;三、應建立行政業務制度以利教師兼任進修學校行政職務。
    Taking two schools of continue education affiliated with senior high schools in New Taipei City as cases, this study intended to investigate the status-quo and strategies of school management of schools for continue education. Data were collected by document analysis and interviews with school principals, administrators and teachers. The main findings of this study were as follows:

    1. Schools for continue education worked well in term of administrative operation. Both schools operated under school laws. All positions and responsibilities for school staff were specified and clear. But there were still something needed to be improved, such as the source of teacher; lessons for teaching and the effects of students’ learning.
    2. Schools for continue education faced problems and difficulties for school management and development: (1) the high rate of teacher mobility and rotation; (2) the relatively high level of teaching load and low level of payment; (3) the inadequacy of teaching material for aged students; and (4) the shortage of support system for students with economical difficulties.
    3. Schools for continue education generally adopted the following strategies for school improvement: (1) building a strong team for school administration and management; (2) expanding the resources for school development by strengthening the relations with the senior high school; (3) developing school merits and characteristics for social recognition; (4) enhancing school marketing and attracting prospective students.

    Based on the above findings, this study proposed some suggestions for educational authorities and school administration to improve continue education at senior high school level.
