    Abstract: 論文摘要內容:
    本研究旨在探討新北市國小一年級新住民子女學校生活適應情形及影響其學校適應之可能因素。本研究以新北市一所公立國民小學一年級一個班級的八名新住民學童為研究對象,採質性研究,採用參與觀察、訪談、及文件分析等方法蒐集資料,並將學校生活適應的內涵分成常規適應、人際關係適應和學習適應等三方面。在個案班級中,經過一學期的觀察歷程與訪談記錄,歸納本研究之主要發現如下:
    一、小一新住民子女的學校生活具有小一新生的共同特徵,係由摸索至適應而後進入平穩階段。
    二、小一新住民子女的學校生活適應有性別差異,女生比男生有較良好的學校生活適應。
    三、在常規適應方面,小一新住民子女大都適應良好,但仍有其個別差異。
    四、在人際關係適應方面,小一新住民子女大都適應良好,但仍有其個別差異。
    五、在學習適應方面,小一新住民子女大都適應良好,但仍有其個別差異。
    六、小一新住民子女的學校生活適應不因母親國籍、家庭社經地位及是否為獨生子女兒而有顯著差異。
    七、小一新住民子女的個人行為表現、父母教養方式與態度、入學時實際年齡及隔代教養等,都是可能影響其學校生活適應的因素。
    根據上述研究發現,本研究針對加強小一新住民子女之學校生活適應提出幾項建議,以供學校行政及教師參考。
    Abstract:
    This study intended to explore the school life adjustment of the elementary first graders whose parents were new immigrants. Eight first-graders, who were new immigrant’s children, from a class of a public elementary school were purposively selected as subjects of this study. In term of qualitative approach, methods such as full participated observation, interview, and document analysis were used to collect data, including children’s discipline adjustment, personal relationship adjustment, and learning adjustment.
    The main findings of this study were as follows:
    1. In general, children whose parents were new immigrants had common characteristics in school life adjustment with their classmates. The process of school adjustment was from a stage of uncertainty into stage of coping with , and then the stage of stability.
    2. There was a significant difference in school life adjustment by children’ sex. Girl students were better than boy students in their school life adjustment.
    3. There were no significant difference among the first graders whose parents were new immigrants in school life adjustment by the nationality of mother, socioeconomic status of family, and numbers of siblings.
    4. Factors such as children’ personal behavior, parenting styles and attitude, the actual school age, and grandparent families might influence the school life adjustment of the first graders whose parents were new immigrants.
    Some suggestions were proposed based on findings of this study as a reference for schools and teachers.
