    Title: 新北市國民小學資訊組長之自我效能與學校組織氣氛關係之研究

    Abstract: 本研究探討新北市國民小學資訊組長自我效能與學校組織氣氛之關係,主要研究目的為:
    一、瞭解新北市國民小學資訊組長之自我效能的一般狀況及其差異情形。
    二、探討新北市國民小學之組織氣氛的一般狀況與差異情形。
    三、分析新北市國民小學資訊組長之自我效能與學校組織氣氛的關聯情形。
    四、分析新北市國民小學組織氣氛對資訊組長自我效能之預測力。
    五、綜合歸納研究結果並提出建議,以供教育主管機關、學校、資訊組長及後續相關研究之參考。
    本研究以新北市公立國民小學資訊組長為調查對象,以普查方式調查全市203所公立國民小學資訊組長,並以「自我效能量表」及「學校組織氣氛量表」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。根據研究對象所填答資料,以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及多元迴歸等統計方法加以分析。
    根據結果之分析,歸納本研究之主要發現如下:
    一、新北市國民小組資訊組長之整體自我效能良好,其中以人際適應層面最佳、能力知覺較差。
    二、新北市國民小學資訊組長之自我效能因組長的性別、教育程度、資訊組長累計年資、擔任資訊組長方式、專業學歷及資訊相關之專業證照的不同而有顯著差異;而在年齡、學校規模、學校地區上則無顯著差異。
    三、新北市國民小學資訊組長所知覺之學校組織氣氛以開放型組織氣氛最多。
    四、不同性別、擔任資訊組長方式的資訊組長所知覺之學校組織氣氛有顯著差異;不同年齡、教育程度、資訊組長累計年資、學校規模、學校地區、專業學歷及資訊相關之專業證照之資訊組長所知覺之學校組織氣氛無顯著差異。
    五、資訊組長自我效能與學校組織氣氛整體及各層面間呈現低度正相關。
    六、學校組織氣氛對資訊組長自我效能具低度正向預測力。
    依據上述研究發現,本研究提出若干建議,以供教育主管機關、學校及資訊組長參考。
    This study explored the relationship between the self-efficacy of information section directors and organizational climate of elementary schools in New Taipei City. The purposes of this study were:
    1.to understand the general situation and differences of the self-efficacy of
    information section directors of elementary schools in New Taipei City.
    2.to explore the general situation and differences of the organizational climate of elementary schools in New Taipei City.
    3.to analyze the relationship between the self-efficacy of information section
    directors and the organizational climate of elementary schools in New Taipei City.
    4.to understand how different organization climate could predict the self efficacy of information section directors of elementary schools in New Taipei City.
    5.to propose some suggestions for the authority of educational administration, elementary schools, information section directors as well as future studies.
    A questionnaire survey was adopted. Subjects of this survey were 203 information section directors of public elementary schools in New Taipei City. A “Self-efficacy Scale” and an “Organization Climate Scale” were included in the questionnaire as instrument for data collection, and the statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation as well as stepwise multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used for data analysis.
    According to results of questionnaire survey, the main findings of this study were summarized as follows:
    1. The overall self-efficacy of information section directors of elementary schools in New Taipei City was good. Among items of the questionnaire, the “Interpersonal Adaptation” was at the top rank, and the “Perceived Ability” was at the lowest rank.
    2. There were significant differences in the self-efficacy of information section directors of elementary schools in New Taipei City by gender, the level of education, the cumulative seniority of the position as directors, the way of being information section directors, professional qualifications and the certifications related to information section; while there was no significant difference by age of the director, school size and school location.
    3. The openness of organizational climate was the most strongly perceived by the information section directors of elementary schools in New Taipei City.
    4. There were significant differences in the organizational climate perceived by information section directors by their gender, the way of being information section director; while there was no significant difference by age, level of education, cumulative seniority of those directors and the school size, school location, professional qualifications and the certifications related to information section.
    5. There was positive but low correction between self-efficacy of information section directors and the organizational climate of elementary schools, and as a result of low power of prediction.
    Based on the above findings, this study proposed some suggestions for the authority of educational administration, the school, the directors of information section of elementary school as well as future studies.
