    Abstract: 本研究採用質性研究中的個案研究,透過訪談法與文件分析進行資料蒐集,以新北市國民中學四位校長作為研究對象,探究國民中學校長教學領導的專業發展、教學領導的作為,以及在發展教學領導時所遭遇到的困境。
    依據本研究結果,本研究歸納結論如下:
    一、校長的職前經歷、培育課程與自我進修,增進教學領導。
    二、國中校長活用教學領導作為,落實深根教學之現場。
    三、國中校長加強省思校園內、外在因素,因應教學領導之困境。
    依照上述研究結論,提出若干具體建議,以供教育行政機關,國中校長及後續相關研究參考。
    In this case study, the researcher adopted the qualitative research method for data collection including, interviews and document analysis, Four junior high school principals from New Taipei City were chosen as subjects of the study. The study investigated the ideas of professional development of the junior high school principals'' instructional leadership, instructional leadership practice, and the difficulties encountered in the development of instructional leadership. This study offered several suggestions for educational administration authorities, school principals and future research.
