    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討空軍校院校長轉型領導與學校行政效能之關係,以提供其他軍事校院及軍事教育主管機關之參考。
    本研究採問卷調查方式,針對空軍兩所校院進行問卷調查,發出630份問卷,回收570份,有效問卷544份,有效率為86.3%。資料處理以敘述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析,分析空軍校院校長轉型領導與學校行政效能之關係,研究結果發現:
    一、軍事校院教育人員在校長轉型領導中「建立願景」、「啟發才智」、「激勵鼓舞」等三個面向,所顯示之符合情形較高。
    二、學校行政效能中「成員工作滿意度」面向之符合程度最高,其次依序為「行政溝通協調」、「學校組織氣氛」、「校園環境規劃」及「校長領導效能」。
    三、空軍校院校長轉型領導會因學校類型、年齡、職務、學歷、軍事學資、專長類別不同而有顯著差異
    四、空軍校院學校行政效能會因性別、學校類型、年齡、職務、服務年資、軍事學資、專長類別不同而有顯著差異。
    五、空軍軍事校院校長轉型領導與學校行政效能有密切關聯。
    依據上述研究結論歸納整理提出建議,供軍事校院、軍事教育主管機關及未來研究者參考。
    This study explored the relationship between transformative leadership and administrative effectiveness at air force higher education institutions. The results provide a reference to other military higher education institution leaders. Questionnaires were distributed to 630 personnel at two air force higher education institutions. A total of 570 questionnaires were returned, of which 544 were valid, thus reaching an effective response rate of 86.3%. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson''s product-moment correlations were used to analyze the relationship between the transformative leadership and administrative effectiveness.
    Results are as follows:
    1.Of the different aspects of transformative leadership, "creating a vision", "intellectual stimulation", and "motivating and inspiring" received the highest scores.
    2.Of institutional administrative effectiveness, “job satisfaction" received the highest score, followed by “administration communication and coordination”, “institutional atmosphere”, “campus environmental planning”, and “presidential leadership effectiveness”.
    3.Transformative leadership of presidents differed by institutional type, age, position, educational background, military experience and expertise.
    4.Administrative effectiveness differed by gender, institutional type, age, position, years of service, military education, and expertise.
    5.Presidents’ transformative leadership and institutional administrative effectiveness are closely associated.
    Conclusions were summarized and recommendations were made for other military colleges, military education authorities and future researchers.
